At Gassed Up Dispensary, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and transparent service for all orders. Whether you choose local delivery, extended delivery, free in-store pickup, or standard shipping, please review the following information before placing your order.
???? Local & Extended Delivery
Local Delivery (Within 5 Miles)
- Available for customers within 5 miles of our 5033 Country Club Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27104 location.
- If your address qualifies, Local Delivery will appear automatically at checkout and be selected by default.
- Delivery Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Deliveries are organized in 30-minute time slots with up to 5 deliveries per slot.
- Customers will receive a notification once the order is out for delivery.
- Optional driver tip can be added at checkout.
Extended Delivery (5–10 Miles)
- Customers located between 5 and 10 miles of our store are eligible for Extended Delivery.
- Extended Delivery follows the same schedule as Local Delivery.
- A small additional delivery fee applies for this zone.
- Time slots and tipping options are also available.

- Pickup is always free.
- Select Store Pickup at checkout.
- Pickup hours match our store hours:
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready.
- Please bring a valid government-issued ID that matches the order name.
- Pickup orders are managed in our Takeout system and are not delivered.

- Customers outside our 10-mile delivery area can choose Standard Shipping (USPS, UPS, or other carriers).
- Shipping rates and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days with tracking provided once shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all state and federal hemp regulations and cannot ship certain products to states where restricted or illegal.
THCA Restricted States:
Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington

???? Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary).
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@gassedupdispo.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return your product, mail it to:

- You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- For items over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
