These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to gassedupdispo.com and to orders placed through it. The site is run by Gassed Up Dispensary (“we,” “us”), with stores at 5031 Country Club Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27104 and 1608 S Stratford Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.

1. You must be 21 or older

Our site and products are only for adults 21 and older. By using the site you confirm you are at least 21. We verify age and ID at checkout, and again at pickup or delivery. We may cancel any order if we cannot verify your age or if the name on the ID does not match the order.

2. Our products

  • Our products are hemp-derived and are intended to comply with the federal 2018 Farm Bill (no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis) and North Carolina law.
  • Lab results (certificates of analysis) are available on our Lab Results page and on product pages where shown.
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
  • Some products can cause intoxication and may show up on drug tests. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Talk to a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
  • It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live. We do not ship to places where our products are not allowed, and we may cancel orders to those places.

3. Orders, prices and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, which is added at checkout.
  • We may correct pricing or listing mistakes and may cancel an affected order with a full refund.
  • Product availability can change. Store pickup orders are limited to what that store has in stock.
  • We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, failed age verification or legal reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it to your original payment method.
  • Discount codes have their own conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.

4. Pickup, delivery and shipping

Store pickup, local delivery and shipping work as described in our Shipping & Returns policy, including delivery areas, times, fees and ID requirements. Pickup orders are held for a limited time; uncollected orders may be canceled and refunded.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations follow our Shipping & Returns policy. Because our products are consumable, opened products cannot be returned except as that policy allows.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose subscribe-and-save, your card is charged automatically on the schedule you picked until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel anytime in My Account before the next renewal date.

7. Accounts and referral program

Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Referral earnings are paid only for real, completed purchases by new customers and may be withheld for fraud or abuse. We may change or end the referral program at any time.

8. Using our site

Do not misuse the site: no fraud, reselling to minors, scraping, hacking or interfering with how it works. Our logos, photos, text and designs belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the Terms in place when the order was placed.
