Welcome to Gassed Up Dispensary. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policies outlined below. Please review carefully before purchasing.

Local Delivery Policy

We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our Winston-Salem locations.

Delivery Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: Deliveries dispatched at 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: Deliveries dispatched at 3:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed (No delivery)

Same-Day Delivery Cutoff

Orders must be placed by 4:20 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 4:20 PM will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.

Minimum Order

$30 minimum for delivery.

Delivery Fee

$4.20 delivery fee for orders under $100.
Free delivery on orders $100 or more.

ID Verification Requirement

  • Customer must be 21 years of age or older.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery.

  • The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery if proper identification is not provided.

Missed Deliveries

The customer must be present at the time of delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to provide valid ID

  • Incorrect address

The order may be returned to the store and additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders using major carriers such as USPS and/or UPS.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).

Estimated Transit Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Gassed Up Dispensary is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping fees may apply.

Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Maximum Return Window

All return or refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items (All Sales Final)

Due to the consumable and personal-use nature of hemp-derived products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Edibles, gummies, beverages, and tinctures

  • Flower, concentrates, cartridges, and disposables

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

We do not accept returns for:

  • Flavor preference

  • Strength selection errors

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • All claims must fall within the 30-day maximum window.

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we may:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped or been dispatched for delivery.

Once shipped or out for delivery, orders cannot be canceled.

Compliance & Legal Disclaimer

  • All products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older.

  • Products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

  • Products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local and state laws before ordering.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
